09 May 2004 (Communicated by the Cabinet Secretariat) At the weekly Cabinet meeting today (Sunday), 9.5.04: 1. Ministers discussed the diplomatic process in wake of the results of the Likud referendum on the disengagement plan. Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said that he would consult his fellow ministers in order to consider – together – how to improve the security situation and advance the diplomatic process. He noted that he has already consulted with several ministers and added that he intends to consult with all of them, as well as with various MKs and others. 2. Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom briefed ministers on current diplomatic affairs, including the attitude of the international community regarding the disengagement plan. BPI.
