World Jewish Congress US lauds the State of North Carolina for enacting anti-boycott legislationThe legislation prohibits the state’s retirement systems from investing in companies in engaged in a boycott on Israel. It also bans state contracts above $1,000 with large companies that boycott Israel. The legislation was passed the Senate by a vote of 88 – 21 and passed the House by a vote of 94-21.
