Tel Aviv-Yafo will be all ‘marathon’ on the day of the upcoming race, featuring events and celebrations throughout the city
* Musical stages along the courses * Special menus at cafes and restaurants along the running courses * A family picnic area at Rabin Square * A NONSTOP PARTY at Charles Clore Park with the top DJs from Tel Aviv’s music scene
** Please arrive no later than 5:00 am. The streets will be closed to traffic starting at 5:00 am, after which no vehicles will be allowed to enter the marathon start and finish areas.
The Tel Aviv Gillette Marathon, the largest global sports event held in Israel, will take place this coming Friday, March 30, 2012, and promises to be the biggest race ever to take place in Israel, with over 25,000 runners.
The marathon will start at 6:30 am at Charles Clore Park in Tel Aviv.
