WJC takes the floor at UN Human Rights Council to defend Jewish people  

Among WJC’s 13 statements was a joint statement on the prevention of genocide together with IBUKA Suisse, representing the survivors of the genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda in 1994. WJC provided an opportunity to senior leadership of the Jewish communities of Bahrain, Brazil, South Africa, United Kingdom and Finland to deliver statements outlining human rights conditions in their countries and the Jewish community’s relationship with the government. Read More…
