THE SITUATION
Israel copes with a battle greater than any that the Jewish state has coped with since 1948. Iran is acquiring nuclear weapons; Arab terror organizations gain increasing strength in Judea, Samaria, Gaza and within the Israeli Arab community, while Syria and Lebanon host Hizbullah, the threat from the North.
Winning that war involves a battle for the hearts and minds of public opinion. This becomes increasingly difficult for Israel to do because it copes with an ever more sophisticated campaign of disinformation, and increased unfamiliarity with Israel’s human story.
