From the Central Elections Committee…

Over the last two weeks, the voter notification cards were sent by the Minister of Internal Affairs to all citizens who are eligible to vote.
The card states the address and location of your polling station and whether or not it is accessible for people with limited mobility.
It is not necessary to present your voter notification card when coming to vote; you do need any one of the following means of identification: An Israeli ID card, a valid driver`s license, or a passport.
To check the location of your polling station, you may call 1-800-200-137 (24/7) or the English information center 1-800-200-135.
