Earlier on Wednesday, IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz said that the Gaza Strip and Lebanon contained „two of the largest weapons depots I know. These systems are maintained by Iran and sadly by Russia who sends munitions to Syria to this very day.”
Gantz added, „The Middle East is currently the fastest arming region in the world. The less encouraging news is that we are the target of this arming process and we need to keep that in mind.”
