Final votes in give Jewish Home extra seat
The final votes coming in from soldiers in the army and Israeli diplomats abroad will likely give an extra seat to the Jewish Home party, Yediot Aharonot reports.

The extra seat to Jewish Home, bringing it up to 12 seats, will likely come at the expense of the Tal United Arab List. Kadima looks on course to retain its Knesset representation, just passing the electoral threshold.

A surplus vote agreement between the Likud and Jewish Home allows the cumulation of both parties votes to go to the party with the best chance of obtaining an extra seat.

Similar agreements exist between other groups.
