The Cabinet today (Sunday), 15.1.12, approved Israel’s accession to the European Shoah Legacy Institute<www.shoahlegacy.org/>, which was established by the Czech government in order to assist in the restoration of Jewish property and advance research and education on the Holocaust. The Cabinet also decided to hold a joint concert of Verdi’s Requiem for Czech and Israeli artists, which will be held in the context of the Israel Festival.
