חברי הליכוד העולמי באירוע ענק בבנימין
מאות חברי ליכוד ופעילים מרחבי הארץ התאספו ביישוב מגרון במהלך חג הסוכות, להצגת תמיכה עם תושבי יהודה ושומרון.
במהלך העצרת שהתקיימה במגרון, הזכיר יו”ר הליכוד העולמי, ח”כ דני דנון, כי הליכוד נבחר לשלטון כדי לבנות התיישבות ולא כדי להרוס. הוא חיזק את תושבי מגרון ואמר להם „אינכם לבדכם, אתם מייצגים כאן את כולנו”. דנון הוסיף כי תושבי מגרון הם סמל ציוני, וביחד אנו ננצח.
שרים וחברי כנסת נוספים נכחו בעצרת, בהם השר יוסי פלד, השר יולי אדלשטיין, סגנית השר לאה נס, ח”כ ציפי חוטובלי, ח”כ יריב לוין וח”כ איוב קרא.
במהלך היום סיירו החברים ברחבי חבל בנימין, לדוגמה באתרים כמו תל שילה, מרכז המבקרים החדש של בנימין ויקב פסגות.

מעל מאה וחמישים משתתפים בכנס יומי למאבק באנטישמיות שהתקיים במנהטן ב 25 בספטמבר 2011
במסגרת ההיערכות לאירועי ספטמבר, המתיחות בעקבות הפניה הפלסטינית לאו”ם וגל ההשמצות כלפי ישראל ההולך וגדל ברחבי העולם, קיימה המחלקה לפעילות בישראל ולמאבק באנטישמיות בראשותו של מר יעקב חגואל, כנס רב משתתפים על פני יום שלם במנהטן, ניו-יורק. הכנס, שנערך בשיתוף התנועה הציונית האמריקנית (AZM), כלל נאומים, הסברים וכלים להתמודדות בדה-לגיטימציה של ישראל ובאנטישמיות הגואה, ע”י מיטב המרצים, אנשי הרוח ומנהיגי הקהילה היהודית בארה”ב.
הנואם המרכזי בכנס היה ח”כ יולי אדלשטיין, שר ההסברה והתפוצות, אשר שיתף את באי הכנס בעמדותיה של ממשלת ישראל בנוגע להכרזה חד-צדדית על מדינה פלסטינית. השר, אף נגע בנסיונות הדה-לגיטימציה של ישראל וקיומה כמדינה יהודית ודמוקרטית. בין הדוברים בלטו גם מר מלקולם הונליין, סגן יו”ר ועידת הנשיאים של הארגונים היהודיים בארה”ב, הגב’ ברוק גולדשטיין אשר נגעה בפן המשפטי של שימוש בילדים ערבים לצורך פעילויות טרור, ועוד.
ראש המחלקה לפעילות בישראל ולמאבק באנטישמיות, יעקב חגואל אמר כי „חשוב לכנס נציגים מכלל הקהילות היהודיות בארה”ב, אשר מתמודדים השקם וערב עם האשמות שווא בדבר זכות קיומה של מדינת ישראל. קיימת הסלמה באירועי אנטישמיות בעולם בכלל ובארה”ב בפרט. המשמיצים משתמשים בכלי תקשורת, ברשתות חברתיות ובמצגות שווא והופכים את הסכסוך הערבי-ישראלי לטריגר לשנאת יהודים. בכנס הזה, קיבלו המשתתפים נקודות למחשבה, כלים ורעיונות להתמודדות עם התופעה המסוכנת”.
ויליאם הס, נשיא התנועה הציונית האמריקנית הוסיף: „זהו כנס שנועד לסייע להעצים את הכלים של הקהילה היהודית במאבק בדה-לגיטימציה ובאנטישמיות. אנחנו כאן כדי לתת את התגובה הציונית לנושאים אלו. הכנס התקיים פחות משבוע לאחר כינוס העצרת הכללית של האו”ם 2011. „העיתוי”, אמר חגואל, לא היה מקרי. אנחנו בהסתדרות הציונית, נמשיך להקנות כלים וטיעונים לגיטימיים בכדי להעצים את פעילותיהם של הקהילה היהודית והלא-יהודית בתמיכה בישראל ובמאבק באנטישמיות.
הכנס נערך בסיוע ובארגון מרכז התקשורת עם התפוצות והמאבק באנטישמיות אשר מאגד רשת פעילים חובקת עולם תחת קמפיין iZionist בשפות השונות.

World Likud Salutes Judea and Samaria in day of Touring and Solidarity Rally
Nearly a thousand World Likud members and activists from across the nation gathered in Migron during Sukkot to show their solidarity and express their unwavering support for an everlasting Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria.
During the rally, held in the Yishuv Migron, World Likud Chairman MK Danny Danon reaffirmed the notion that the Likud Government was elected to build, not destroy, Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria. He reassured the residents of Migron that, “You are not alone, you represent all of us and we came here to say that Likud builds not destroys.”
Other Members of Knesset and Ministers were present including Minister Yossi Peled, Minister Yuli Edelstein, MK Tzipi Hotovely, and MK Ayoob Kara.
During the day, participants got a tour of the area including Tel Shilo and the Psagot Winery.
Danon concluded his remarks by telling the residents of Migron that they are a symbol of Zionism and that together we will win.

WZO and AZM Sponsor Conference Addressing Delegitimization
Pro-Israel supporters pledged to take action to counter the Delegitimization of Israel during a full-day conference in Manhattan organized by the WZO Department for Activities in Israel and Countering Anti-Semitism and the American Zionist Movement (AZM).
MK Yuli Edelstein, the Minister for Public Diplomacy and Diaspora Affairs, was the keynote speaker at the conference, entitled: HARD REALITIES: Addressing Delegitimization and Anti-Semitism. In addition to Minister Edelstein, other speakers included Malcolm Hoenlein, Executive Vice Chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations; Professor Kenneth Stein, of Emory University and the Center for Israel Education; Brooke Goldstein of The Lawfare Project, Dan Mariaschin, Executive Vice President of B’nai B’rith International, and Michael Miller, Executive Vice President of the New York, Jewish Community Relations Council.
Ya’akov HaGoel, Chair of the WZO Department for Activities in Israel and Countering Anti-Semitism said “It is important to gather representatives from the United States who are facing false accusations concerning Israel’s right to exist. There is an escalation of anti-Semitism and anti-Israel events on college campuses, in the media and on the streets.” William D. Hess, President of the American Zionist Movement added, “This conference was intended to help empower the Jewish community to fight delegitimization. In the morning conference speakers analyzed the underlying issues that have brought us to this point. In the afternoon addressed the challenge of how to reverse negative trends and give people the tools to fight back.” Hess added “we want to encourage the Jewish people to embrace the Zionist idea. Zionism is the national movement of the Jewish people; getting people to say they are Zionists is the starting point for the struggle against delegitimization.
The conference took place less than a week after the United Nations General Assembly opened its 2011 fall session. Hagoel said the timing was not a coincidence and that pro-Israel supporters need to “acquire legitimate arguments that empower both Jewish and non-Jewish activists, as well as influential people around the world.”
