The 20 year old Jewish community of Amona, in the Samarian hills, is now no longer.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu didn’t want this to happen. The expulsion of 42 families and destruction of this community was unjust, immoral and unnecessary 🙁

Click here to watch the video below to understand the facts that the media doesn’t tell you.

In the meantime, please click here to help the 42 families of Amona who are now homeless 🙁

LIVE UPDATE FROM THE FAMILIES RIGHT THIS MOMENT:
– Families with up to 7 children received a room in a girls High School dormitory in Ofra, the neighboring community. It is like a displaced persons camp, all crowded and the families are all in disarray and broken down.

▪ The families are tired. A full night and day without sleep. They have not had time to internalise being expelled from their homes and yet, just now at night, they received an order that they are being taken back to their homes to pack up their things through the night to be finished by tomorrow, a deadline given by the Supreme Court.
▪ They were told that any family that does not finish packing by the deadline will have to leave, to then have government employees come and finish packing instead, a situation nobody wants because they don’t care how they pack up valuables:(

The situation of these families is dire. They are fabulous people who did nothing wrong. Please click here to hear their personal messages, moments before they were expelled from their homes when we visited them.

Amona! The Facts the Media Did NOT Tell You!

Amona???

Yes, Amona. The community in the Samaria hills was established over 20 years ago out of the Zionist desire to settle our land and to develop and prosper with it. Amona started small but has grown over the years, with the constant encouragement and support of all Israeli governments since. Roads were paved, infrastructure laid, plots prepared for building.

42 families lived here. It was a warm and special community. Agriculture. Orchards. Vineyards. A school. Kindergartens. A daycare center for babies and toddlers. Over 200 children. A home and life for hundreds of people.

Yesterday they were in their homes, yet now their community is gone.

So What’s the Problem

Political battles in the guise of legal issues resulted in a High Court ruling that the entire settlement must be evacuated. All 42 families must be evicted from their homes, the community dismantled, leaving the mountain once again bereft of anything but boulders and thorns.

They had no other choice but to fight with every legal tool they had. They tried, and the government tried, but the judicial powers out to destroy Jewish homes in Judea and Samaria were too strong and today they police came to fulfill the unjust expulsion order from the Supreme Court.

After two emotional days of being expelled from our homes, they are now homeless and they need our help.

There is barely a nation more connected to its land than Israel. There is barely a nation that is LESS of an occupier than Israel. In contrast, huge parts of the world consist of European landgrabs, such as the Americas, Australia, South Africa etc, founded in blood and greed. Yet the leaders of these other countries preach to Israel about being an „occupier”! It’s time we all get this message heard loud and clear.
